Privacy policy
Rooted in Longkou and serving Jiaodong’s industries, connecting companies, products and source-backed information.
This notice describes current personal-data handling. Sourcing requests collect product, quantity, delivery requirements, name and contact details. Company applications collect company/contact details and any credentials or images voluntarily uploaded. Status checks use the application reference and contact detail.
Information is used to handle requests, review company applications, provide status checks and send necessary notices. If you consent in the inquiry form, operations may share the minimum necessary details with a relevant company. If email is configured, the email provider also processes notice content. Shortlists and theme preferences stay in the browser; operational records are stored server-side, and new application files are kept outside the public web directory behind authenticated access.
Personal information is not sold. Records should be kept only for the shortest period needed; exact retention, backup deletion and a privacy-request email are still to be set by the operator. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdraw consent. A contact email and request-handling process must be published before production.
Company claims collect the applicant name, role/authorization relationship, verified email, optional phone number and authorization evidence for operations review. Evidence files are stored outside the public web root; the retention period still requires operator approval. Approved claimants can request changes to the public website or introduction, which remain subject to review. Service requests collect the buyer company, contact details, product specification, quantity, region and request description; they are requests only and do not create a signed contract or collect payment. The AI assistant does not store question text. If you consent, your question and necessary public-source excerpts are sent to the configured model provider; its retention and cross-border processing terms must be reviewed before activation.
